As we step into this season of gratitude, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible group of agents who continue to refer clients to us. Your trust, partnership, and ongoing support truly mean the world to us. We are honored to be part of your business and grateful that you have chosen to put your clients in our hands.

We’ve just returned from this year’s iTrip Summit, where, out of more than 100 franchise locations, we were once again awarded Most Realtor Referrals. This recognition is always meaningful, but it’s especially rewarding because it represents the strength of our local relationships and the collaborative spirit that drives our business. Supporting fellow small businesses and helping agents create long-term revenue streams is core to who we are.

As a reminder, our referring agents earn a 2% commission on gross rent, ongoing, for as long as the property remains in our rental program, OR can opt for a one-time referral payment based on the property's size and anticipated revenue. Last year, we issued well over six figures in referral checks, and we’ll begin processing this year’s checks soon. Will your name be on one?
