As a company, WE DON’T SELL REAL ESTATE! We keep you - the referring agent - engaged. You get free advertising on the property's web page including a link directly to your website or email address. If the owner decides to sell their property, we refer that owner back to you, the agent.

And true friendships should be mutually beneficial - just like our referral program. We're grateful for you referring business to us, and in return, we pay you 2% of gross rent, ONGOING, for as long as the property is in our program. And ONGOING builds up!
