We are excited to announce we now have two referral fee options for you to choose from! You can now select between our original ongoing referral fee of 2% of the gross rent for as long as the property remains in our program, OR you can opt for a one-time referral payment made at the start of the management agreement. This one-time payment is based on the size of the property and anticipated revenue of the property. We are so excited to be able to offer you another option for receiving your referral fee. We are honored by your referrals and are completely committed to the partnerships we enjoy with our referring agents.

We’ve paid out over $90K in referral checks to agents like you annually, and our top referrer consistently earns over $14K in referral fees year after year.
