This month, as we think about everything we are thankful for, we want to express our most sincere gratitude to our growing group of referring agents. Your loyalty, partnership, and support are deeply appreciated. Thank you for trusting us with your clients.

Awarded!

We have just returned from our annual itripvacations conference, where, out of 107 franchise locations, we were presented with the award for the Most Agent Referrals. We have won numerous awards in our 14 years in business, but this is one we are especially proud of. It speaks to our commitment to supporting other local small businesses and to growing our own business through relationships and collaboration with local industry partners.

Referral Fees!

As a reminder, our referring agents earn a 2% commission on gross rent, ongoing, for as long as the property is on our rental program. In 2022 we wrote over $135K in referral checks to agents. We will soon begin processing agent referral checks for 2023. Will you be getting one?
