Guests love corner units, and they love it when every bedroom has access to a bathroom. Romar Place 401 has just that! Not only is this one nicely furnished, but the revenue it produces is spot on with the building's high-producing average of $63K.

The legendary FloraBama is a must-see for visitors to our area. With so many events and live music daily, there is nothing better than staying within walking distance. Phoenix X 1003 appears to be underperforming with its current property manager, with Key Data indicating that comparable units in the building are doing between $73-$83K.

Those little one-bedroom with the bonus bunks at Lighthouse are always going to be one of my favorites. Lighthouse 1402 needs a little updating to the living area, as the revenue potential for this unit type is pushing $56K.
