During the holiday season and always, we count the partnerships with our referring agents to be among our many blessings. Thank you for putting your trust in iTrip Vacations. We hope you found our services to be above and beyond the average property management company, and that our referral program helped you achieve your 2024 goals.

As a reminder, iTrip Vacations pays referral fees for AS LONG AS A PROPERTY IS IN OUR PROGRAM, meaning some agents are earning fees year after year for properties they referred long ago.

For example:

• In 2010, an agent referred a three bedroom condo at Caribe to us and they have been paid a total of $11,187 for that one referral since then. They will continue to do so for the life of that contract.

• For a 3/3 Crystal Shores West unit, referred in 2011, the referring agent has been paid $13,675 in referral fees.

• For a 2/2 Crystal Shores unit, referred in 2014, the referring agent has been paid $9,359 in referral fees.

• For a 3/3 Romar Place unit, referred in 2013, the referring agent has been paid $10,912 in referral fees.

• For a 2/2 San Carlos unit, referred in 2016, the referring agent has been paid $8,070 in referral fees.

• For a 3/4 Oasis at Orange Beach unit, referred in 2017, the referring agent has been paid $10,316 in referral fees.

Additionally, as we announced in October, you also now have the option for a one-time referral payment made at the start of the management agreement. This one-time payment is based on the size of the property and anticipated revenue of the property.

We are honored by your referrals and are committed to the partnerships we enjoy with our referring agents.
