Labor Day became a national holiday in 1894 to commemorate the efforts of those who fought for workers' rights during the labor movement of the late 19th century. It is a day to recognize the many contributions workers have made to America's strength, prosperity, and well-being and to celebrate American workers' social and economic achievements.

On that note, we want to take a minute to remind you that as a property management company, we don't work against you; we work with you.

iTrip Vacations Alabama Beaches is a Property Management Company ONLY.

  • We don't have in-house agents.

  • We don't compete with you.

  • We won't take your clients.

  • We don't represent buyers or sellers.

  • We only work with current property owners to manage their properties.

  • If/when a property owner decides to sell, we refer them back to you, the agent.

I’m always happy to discuss any of this with you further.

Please reach out to me, Kathy Harr, or find more information on our property management program here.
