In 2023 we paid $121,521 in referral fees to the referring agents.

As we've mentioned, we pay referral fees for AS LONG AS A PROPERTY IS IN OUR PROGRAM. That means some agents are earning fees year after year for properties they referred long ago.

Since 2014, our top three agent referrers have earned a total of:

Agent A: $87,705

Agent B: $85,529

Agent C: $61,554
